When the pandemic hit, Novo Nordisk recognized a critical need to support working parents—especially mothers transitioning back into their careers after parental leave. In response, they launched the Working Parents Initiative, a testament to their forward-thinking leadership. Through this initiative, they piloted programs to assist new mothers and rolled out the company’s first-ever child and elder care benefits in partnership with Kids & Company.
