Each year, Rebecca mentors nearly ten women leaders, meeting regularly to support and invest in their growth. A strong advocate of open dialogue, Rebecca created initiatives like the “Circle of Trust” in her business unit, which has drawn over 100 participants and fosters a supportive community.
Rebecca’s style is both direct and constructive, providing invaluable guidance. One mentee, facing challenges with presentation skills, received honest feedback from Rebecca, along with access to an executive speaking coach. Another, navigating a complex reorganization, found clarity and resilience through Rebecca’s “tough love” and a strategic introduction to a leader with similar experiences.
