Empower Your Team Book Review and Workshop Overview

Powerful, revealing and unique. This workshop by Cloé Caron, executive coach, founder and president of o2Coaching, will make you discover the exceptional power of the Unique Strategic Contribution*. 

The concept she created, discussed in her book, Empower your Team, will allow you to grow your mindset. Often neglected, your Unique Strategic Contribution* is an essential element to create more impact on your team and your organization. It allows you to focus your attention and energy on the accomplishments that matter the most. We spend too much time being busy, no matter what level we are at in the organization, but we rarely stop to think about what we need to do individually - the things that can only be done by you. In this interactive workshop, we will deconstruct the myths that productivity is all about the number of tasks completed and help you determine what your Unique Strategic Contribution* is you can "play at the right level", so you can play to win! 

To do so, Cloé will ask you questions that you don't often take the time to ask yourself and will help you answer them throughout this workshop.  This time with Cloé will allow you to better determine your strategic mental posture in order to put your intentions and attention to create the impact you really want to have!’
