We are thrilled to share that the 2024 Shine Bright Awards Gala was a success! This unforgettable evening recognized extraordinary individuals, companies, and non-profit organizations that have indelibly impacted our community. We sincerely thank everyone who submitted nominations, our discerning jury members, and, most importantly, the remarkable women who brought this event to life. A special acknowledgment goes to the Shine Bright Awards Committee volunteers for their unwavering dedication and tireless efforts.

Please join us in congratulating all the nominees and the exceptional 2024 laureates listed below. We hope those fortunate enough to secure tickets to our sold-out galas in Toronto and Montreal found the evening both enjoyable and inspiring. Mark your calendars for the upcoming announcement of the 2025 gala date, which will be revealed early in the new year.

As we approach the end of 2024, the Board of Directors would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated corps of over 75 volunteers. Your unwavering commitment, boundless energy, and innovative spirit have propelled Women Leaders in Pharma (WLP) forward, enabling us to empower women and invest in their futures. Your selfless contributions ensure that every dollar raised is reinvested into funding activities that support women.

Thank you to each and every one of you—our members, volunteers, and executive leadership team—for your unyielding dedication to WLP. Together, we strive to empower each other, fueled by the shared belief in a brighter future and the drive to create opportunities for the next generation of women leaders.

With an eye on 2025, we are excited to unveil many new initiatives and present a comprehensive calendar filled with engaging events. Stay tuned for more details, which will be released in January.
