I am writing to provide you with an update regarding Women Leaders in Pharma leadership.

A Heartfelt Thank You. First, I want to express my deep gratitude to two remarkable women:

Tamara Lovi, thank you for being a partner in creating WLP and a constant source of inspiration. Your unwavering dedication has pushed us all to strive for excellence. Over the past five years, your role as Vice President has been invaluable. While stepping down from this role, we’re thrilled you’ll remain on the board, leading special projects with your signature passion.

Sophie Deschênes, as ELT President, you have fostered a productive and engaged community, guiding the team through a pivotal transformation. Your leadership has ensured that every change has strengthened our association. We’re grateful you’ll continue supporting Julie Noëlle during this transition.

Exciting Announcements. I am thrilled to share two key leadership updates:

Angelina Habimana, thank you for accepting the Vice President of the Board role. Since WLP’s early days, you’ve been a driving force, leading events before the ELT even existed and championing our mission with unwavering commitment.

Julie-Noëlle Joannette, I couldn’t be more excited for you to step into the ELT President role. Your leadership in events, the Shine Bright Awards, and as Vice President has been exceptional. Your vision will continue to shape our future.

These four extraordinary women inspire us all. I look forward to everything we will achieve together!
